Within seven working days, you'll get a month's worth of social media posts for review. We're happy to make any adjustments to content you're not satisfied with. Once you give your approval, we'll handle posting the content for you throughout the month.
Your designated account manager will pair you with a social media manager who specializes in your industry. While most of our team is located in the US. As a client, you'll have an account manager who serves as your primary contact and liaison between you and our team.

Certainly, you can. We welcome our clients to contribute their own content whenever they feel the need. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you; if you're too occupied to manage your social media, rest assured that we have your accounts well taken care of.
You have the flexibility to cancel on a month-to-month basis. However, we request that you cancel at least 5 days notice before the start of your next billing month, as that is the time we begin preparing your posts for the upcoming month.
Given the extensive manual effort involved in creating custom content for each client according to their specific brief, we are unable to provide refunds in any situation.
Evolution DMA does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or the quality of content. We are, however, committed to making any necessary revisions that fall within the original parameters of the brief.
If you encounter technical issues with our scheduling platform, our team is ready to help. In cases where these problems persist, we advise clients to post the content themselves.
Your payment is for the creation of content. The service of posting this content on your behalf is an added bonus. Therefore, technical difficulties that prevent us from posting on your behalf do not qualify for a refund. In such scenarios, we recommend that you download the content we've created and post it yourself.
