Our graphic designers work closely with our support team to deliver a broad range of creative solutions.
We provide detailed questionnaires to help clients organize their ideas, ensuring we can create the most effective designs. However, there may be occasions where we cannot take on a project due to its scope, duration, or because it falls outside our expertise as a design firm rather than a content creation company.

Our Process
To maintain optimal volume and turnaround times, we have implemented a strict scheduling and work management system. This system ensures consistent turnaround times, enhancing planning for both our team and our clients.
We allow for a specified number of active projects per subscription. For example, one subscription permits two active projects at any given time. Additional subscriptions increase the number of active projects proportionally. This system enables us to manage workload efficiently and deliver timely results.
Each project has a unique turnaround time. For simple graphic design tasks, such as social media posts, banners, and business cards, we aim for a maximum turnaround time of 24 hours. More complex projects, like landing pages, carousel posts, and presentation decks, may require additional time.
Workflow
- Submit: Clients complete a predefined list of questions to provide essential details for the project.
- Design: After confirming project details, we assign a designer and set a due date. Clients communicate directly with their Project Manager throughout the process.
- Download: Completed files are uploaded for client review and download. Files are frequently deleted from our drive every 1 to 2 months, so clients should download them promptly.
Active Projects
- In Progress: Projects in the "Processing Section" are considered active. Once an initial draft is submitted, it is removed from the active queue, and a new design can begin.
- Review: Projects "Under Review" are inactive until the client provides feedback.
- Revisions: Projects can be revised until marked complete.
What to Expect from Us

- Follow-up by the project manager upon draft delivery.
- Professional designs delivered within 24 hours for simple requests (time may vary for complex requests).
- Unlimited revisions and variations to achieve desired results.
- Use of fully licensed stock images where applicable.
- Ownership of all source files.

What We Need from You
Effective communication is key to our success. Please provide detailed instructions and as much information as possible with each request. Including examples, images, and videos significantly helps in achieving the best results quickly.
Remember, our team consists of dedicated professionals striving to deliver high-quality designs. Art is subjective, and initial expectations may not always be met in the first round. Constructive feedback is appreciated to refine the project.

Additional Information
Stock Assets
As per stock asset licensing, Evolution Digital Marketing Agency is not permitted to redistribute stock images, videos, vectors, or other digital assets obtained online. These assets are used solely to create new creative works.
Turnaround Times
Our 24-hour turnaround target applies to most simple design projects but is not guaranteed. Turnaround times vary based on project complexity.

Subscription Terms
No Contracts
Our subscription plan operates on a rolling 30-day basis, allowing for new design requests, revisions, and team communication during this period.
Auto-Enrollment
Accounts automatically enroll in a rolling 30-day agreement upon subscription purchase, renewing every 30 days unless changed or canceled.
Account Access After Cancellation
Clients retain unlimited access to their accounts post-paid period. No new projects begin after the paid period ends, but revisions can be requested within seven days.
